昨今のマインドフルネス瞑想ブームの中、瞑想に対するニーズは多様化しています。<br />
<br />
テレビや雑誌でよんで興味をもっているけどとっかかりがない。一度どんなものか体験してみたい。といった方もいれば、<br />
<br />
昔から仏教の気づきの瞑想を実践しているけど、一人で続けるのはなかなかしんどい。実践仲間と交流する場が欲しい、といった方もいると思います。<br />
<br />
そこで、当瞑想会では、参加希望者のニーズに合わせ、講座と経験者向けの2つに瞑想会を分け、開催してくこととしました。<br />
<br />
とりあえず、6/11に予定している瞑想会はそのまま開催するとして、<br />
<br />
それ以降は以下の2つに分けて行いたいと思います。<br />
<br />
・講座は2,3カ月に一回(定員30名程度)<br />
<br />
・経験者向け瞑想会は一カ月に一回(定員15名)<br />
<br />
としたいと思います。<br />
